Equipment
Evolve uses various types of equipment to help reach your fitness goals. All of the equipment is multi-functional in order to increase the types of exercises that can be performed on each piece of equipment. Among the equipment is a machine called The Max Rack which is similar to a traditional smith machine but allows for three dimensional movements. This allows clients to perform everything from bicep curls to lunges. Another piece of equipment Evolve offers is a dual adjustable cable trainer. In one station this machine provides a smooth motion that allows the trainer to take the client through a total body workout.
Locker Room and Amenities
Evolve has daily use lockers available for client use – each locker has its own keypad in which you set the code that you can use to lock/unlock your locker. Evolve is equipped with two full bathrooms for clients to shower or freshen up after their workouts. Evolve provides small and large towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips and hairdryer. Other toiletry items are available if forgotten. Evolve also offers a variety of beverages and bars to assist you pre or post workout along with purified drinking water.

Evolve prides itself on catering to the client’s needs our trainers work hard to accommodate every client’s time schedule. Our core hours are the following:
Monday – Thursday: 6 am - 9 pm
Friday: 6 am - 7pm
Saturday: 8 am - noon
Sunday: By appointment only.
We are located in Sunset Hills just minutes from hwys 270 and 44.
